We’re a friendly, family-run cleaning company based in Philadelphia, PA, proudly serving areas of Pennsylvania (PA), Delaware (DE), and New Jersey (NJ). By using our website or booking a service, you're agreeing to the basic terms below:

  • What we do:
    We offer residential, commercial, and office cleaning services. You can book us one-time, weekly, or monthly—depending on our availability.

  • How to book:
    Schedule your cleaning by phone or online (once booking is enabled). All appointments are subject to availability.

  • Payments:
    You can pay after the service via cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

  • Cancellations & rescheduling:
    No fees for cancellations! Just let us know as soon as possible. Rescheduling depends on availability.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee:
    Not 100% happy? Contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right. We may offer a free re-clean of unsatisfactory areas.

  • Who can book:
    Clients must be 21 years or older.

  • Your safety & ours:
    Our staff is insured and follows safety protocols—we don’t climb more than 3 steps, and we avoid fragile or high-value items.

Disclaimer
 

Clean Sweet Clean LLC provides cleaning services in good faith and with professional care. However, we make the following legal disclaimers:

  • We are not liable for any damage to items or property that were already broken, loose, or unstable before our arrival.

  • We do not handle or clean high-value personal items, including display cabinets or collectibles.

  • For safety reasons, our team will not use ladders beyond 3 steps or clean areas that pose a fall hazard.

  • All services are subject to availability and service area limits (within PA, DE, and NJ).

  • Our content (text, logos, photos, website layout) is protected under intellectual property law. Reuse or copying without permission is prohibited.

  • These terms may change at any time, without notice. Continued use of the site or services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

Service Area

Clean Sweet Clean LLC operates in select parts of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. Services are subject to distance and availability.

Services Offered

  • Residential house cleaning

  • Commercial cleaning (small businesses)

  • Office cleaning

  • Available as one-time, weekly, or monthly cleanings

Scheduling

  • Bookings via phone or online (when available)

  • All appointments are subject to staff availability

  • Free cancellations

  • Rescheduling depends on schedule availability

Payment

  • Accepted: cash, check, Zelle, Venmo

  • Payments are due after the service is performed

Satisfaction & Quality Assurance

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours to request a re-cleaning of specific areas, subject to evaluation.

Liability

  • We are fully insured

  • We are not responsible for damage to items that were previously broken or unstable

  • We do not clean areas beyond safe reach (above 3 steps)

  • We do not clean high-value displays or fragile personal items

Client Eligibility

Clients must be 21 years or older to book and approve services

Privacy & Data

We collect basic personal information (name, phone, email, address) for scheduling and newsletters. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data.

Intellectual Property

All website content is the sole property of Clean Sweet Clean LLC and cannot be copied, distributed, or reused without express permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
